Talent recruitment and development is the No. 1 concern for Missouri manufacturers, but there are ways to address this through early awareness and career pathway development for students. Each year the Missouri Chamber, in partnership with Missouri Enterprise and the Manufacturing Institute, invites students to learn more about the amazing career potential that exists across the manufacturing industry.
Our virtual event will take place on MFG Day (Friday, October 4, 2024) from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. The program will showcase manufacturers from around the state. Every 20 minutes, a new manufacturer will Zoom into the program to show off their manufacturing process, products and career opportunities. They will also answer live questions from students.
With the help and support of the Missouri Dept. of Elementary and Secondary Education, this live-streamed event will bring manufacturers from across the state right to your classroom.
