Applications are open through February 28, 2026, for Leadership Missouri, the state’s premier statewide leadership development program.
Founded in 1990, Leadership Missouri identifies current and emerging leaders and equips them with the tools needed to strengthen their communities and shape Missouri’s future. The program is ideal for individuals who want to learn more about the major issues facing Missourians, people whose companies do business with the state of Missouri, and people who want to become more effective in working with business leaders or elected officials. It is also well suited for those looking to sharpen their leadership skills to address statewide challenges or who may be considering a future run for public office.
Eligible applicants include Missouri residents, individuals employed by Missouri-based organizations, or those actively involved in leadership activities within the state.
Beginning in July, selected participants will take part in a five-month program featuring immersive, three-day sessions held at locations throughout Missouri. The 2026 session schedule includes:
