Building Tomorrow

The Missouri Chamber has spent decades fighting for Missouri employers. Now we’re investing in a headquarters that reflects that mission.

Our transformed home at 428 E. Capitol Ave. will be a welcoming space where members can connect, collaborate and engage with state leaders. It’s all part of our commitment to building tomorrow and serving Missouri businesses for generations to come.

We can’t wait to welcome you back in 2027.

Frequently asked questions

This is more than a renovation. It’s an investment in Missouri’s business community.

For decades, our headquarters on Capitol Avenue has been home base for advocacy, workforce development and member engagement. But as our impact has grown, so has the need for an office that truly reflects the strength and influence of Missouri’s business community.

This transformation was driven by our Missouri Chamber Board of Directors and led by the Building Transformation Task Force. Thanks to their leadership, we’re creating a modern, welcoming space designed to better serve our members and support our team.

Springfield-based N·FORM Architecture is designing the project. N·FORM is a Missouri Chamber member with 18 years of experience in designing innovative, timeless spaces.

Prost Builders, another proud Missouri Chamber member with more than 75 years of history in mid-Missouri, is the general contractor.

This project was designed with the entire Missouri business community in mind.

The transformed headquarters will feature a dedicated floor of complimentary workspaces and private offices available exclusively to Missouri Chamber members visiting Jefferson City. Whether stopping by between meetings or spending the day at the Capitol, members will have a convenient place to work, meet and recharge. The building will also include flexible gathering spaces where business leaders and policymakers can connect, collaborate and shape the future of our state.

The transformed headquarters will include:

  • Event space for more than 230 guests
  • A rooftop terrace with one of the best Capitol views in Jefferson City
  • Flexible meeting and collaborative spaces
