The Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry has hired Tim Spohr to serve as St. Louis Membership Director. As a former small business owner, Spohr understands the importance of the Missouri Chamber’s pro-business advocacy work. In his new role, Spohr will use his business experience to help connect with leaders in eastern Missouri and increase Missouri Chamber membership in the region.
“We are excited to have Tim Spohr on our team as the Missouri Chamber seeks to continue to grow our membership and unite the business community in St. Louis and eastern Missouri,” said Daniel P. Mehan, Missouri Chamber president and CEO. “Our organization gets its strength from our members and Tim Spohr will help expand our pro-business coalition, making our voice even stronger.”
Spohr previously held a similar membership director role with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he has owned home health and inspection businesses. He has also worked as a realtor and teacher during his career. He has an associate’s degree in business administration from St. Louis Community College.
