The Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry is pleased to welcome Hallie Higgason as the organization’s first-ever political director.
As a member of the government affairs team, Higgason will lead the Missouri Chamber’s political program, working to amplify the voice of Missouri’s business community at the ballot box. She will lead campaign fundraising, candidate recruitment and voter education efforts.
Higgason brings political and campaign experience to the Missouri Chamber. Most recently, she served as chief of staff for a consulting firm in Oklahoma City, where she managed employees, accounts and operations for state and federal races. Higgason also has experience providing strategic guidance on political messaging, voter engagement and fundraising.
“We are excited to welcome Hallie to our team,” said Kara Corches, president and CEO of the Missouri Chamber. “Her strong campaign experience will serve our members well as we work to elect pro-business candidates and protect free enterprise in our state.”
Higgason graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in international studies and a minor in constitutional studies.
