Phillip Arnzen

Director of Legislative Affairs

As director of legislative affairs for the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry, one of Phillip’s primary focus areas is employment law.

He has extensive experience working in Missouri government and political campaigns. Prior to joining the Missouri Chamber, he handled legislative affairs for the Governor’s Office and the Missouri Department of Economic Development, as well as a leadership office in the Missouri House of Representatives. He also has experience on political campaigns from the local level up to statewide races.

Phillip graduated from the University of Missouri and has a bachelor’s degree in financial planning.
