Ryan Stauffer joins Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry staff as Director of Workforce and Education Policy
The Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry welcomes Ryan Stauffer as the organization’s new Director of Workforce and Education Policy.
Stauffer joins the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s legislative affairs team and foundation, joining efforts to protect and advance Missouri business by advocating for pro-business legislation and policy in the State Capitol and further prepare the state workforce. He works directly with the state’s elected officials to help ensure the business community is represented as proposed laws advance through the legislative process. He will focus on workforce and education issues.
Stauffer brings to the Missouri Chamber valuable experience. Most recently, he served as the State Outreach Director for StudentsFirst working to expand education opportunities and meeting with education stakeholders throughout the state. Prior to this Stauffer also managed a state legislative campaign, worked as a legislative staffer for the Missouri House of Representatives and helped run membership campaigns in Missouri for multiple non-profit organizations.
Stauffer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Westminster College in Fulton.
