Missouri Chamber to recognize Missouri’s fastest growing companies
Seven of the fastest growing companies in Missouri will be honored by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the 2018 Fast Track award during the annual Missouri Business Awards in Kansas City on Nov. 15.
“These companies are a driving force behind economic growth in Missouri,” said Daniel P. Mehan, Missouri Chamber president and CEO. “We like to call them the superheroes of our economy. They had to overcome significant obstacles to be where they are today, but through hard work, innovation and perseverance they are thriving and providing thousands of Missourians with good paying jobs.”
EquipmentShare was built by contractors, for contractors. Brothers Willy and Jabbok Schlacks founded EquipmentShare in 2014 and adopted the sharing economy model used by companies like Airbnb to create a platform for buying, renting and sharing construction equipment. From there the Columbia-based company branched into new fleet technologies, insurance, security and other innovative solutions.
